Human Intelligence Coffee
Created and launched a functional coffee brand as part of a UConn entrepreneurship project. Designed packaging, branding, and Shopify site, and executed an in-person activation that generated $1,300 in first-month sales. Social content reached 100K+ organic impressions within 60 days.

Human Intelligence Coffee is a performance-focused DTC coffee brand I developed as part of a UConn entrepreneurship class project, blending the ritual of coffee with functional, natural ingredients designed to enhance focus and energy. The flagship Performance Blend, made with Brazilian coffee and Manuka honey, was positioned to appeal to college students and young professionals seeking a healthier, sustained energy boost without the crash.
As Web Design Lead, I was responsible for creating the full e-commerce experience — designing and developing the Shopify site, building a cohesive visual identity, and producing branded packaging that aligned with the brand’s bold, performance-driven aesthetic. I also led the brand’s creative direction, defining its marketing visuals, photography, and overall customer experience.
To launch, I coordinated an in-person activation on campus, which served as both a product introduction and brand awareness event. This activation generated $1,300 in sales in the first month, providing immediate traction and validating the business model. Additionally, I implemented a content strategy on TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest, which reached over 100,000 organic impressions in the first 60 days.
From concept to execution, Human Intelligence Coffee demonstrated my ability to combine branding, packaging design, web development, and event-based marketing to create a fully realized consumer brand with measurable results and strong growth potential.
