Sneakers By Hails was a custom sneaker brand I founded in 2017 and grew into a six-figure business, generating over $475,000 in total revenue before closing in 2022 to focus on new ventures. Specializing in hand-painted, one-of-a-kind designs, the brand gained rapid traction through social media marketing and influencer collaborations, selling over 2,000 custom sneakers in the first eight months alone.


I personally managed every aspect of the business — from product design and customization to e-commerce operations, wholesale orders, and client relations. I also handled all marketing efforts, growing a combined social following of 350,000+ followers and achieving 125+ million organic impressions and 10.5 million TikTok likes. Email marketing campaigns, built and managed through Klaviyo, grew a list of 16,000+ subscribers, driving repeat purchases and seasonal collection sellouts.


Beyond direct-to-consumer sales, I expanded into wholesale partnerships with boutiques and collaborated with professional athletes, musicians, and public figures, further elevating the brand’s reach and credibility. Through strategic branding, storytelling, and a highly personalized customer experience, Sneakers By Hails became known not just as a product, but as a creative statement — establishing a strong community of loyal customers and collectors.
